Advance Sign-ups
How it works:
We will open a limited amount of guaranteed seats for a handful of panels for the Conference. If you do not make the Advance Sign-up list, there is still a possibility of a seat at the panel, it will just be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Note: Advance Sign-Ups are open to Producers Badgeholders only. If you sign up and do not purchase a Producers Badge within 48 hours of doing so, your name will be removed.

2025 Conference Advance Sign-Ups
The Advance Sign-Ups for 2025 have filled but you can still attend these panels. The remaining seats are on a first-come first-serve basis. See you at the Conference!
Don’t have your Producers Badge yet? Get it here! Already have your Badge or Film Pass and want to upgrade to take advantage of this Advance Sign-Up? Give us a call at 1-800-310-FEST.
Panel dates and times can be viewed here. Those who enroll in these advance sign-ups are required to show up 15 minutes early to the panel and will be admitted first. The panel will then open to remaining Badgeholders. All speakers and events are based on permitting schedules and subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
