AUSTIN FILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES
2019 SCRIPT COMPETITION FINALISTS 
AFF is pleased to announce the 2019 Script Competition Finalists. 61 scripts were chosen for the Final Round with one winner to be determined in each of the 15 categories. The winners will be announced during this year’s Conference at the Awards Luncheon on Saturday, October 26 at The LINE Hotel. All winners will receive a prize package including a cash amount ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, reimbursements for travel and lodging while at AFF, and access to and recognition by some of the most important writers, agents, producers and filmmakers in the industry. The Winner of the Drama Feature Screenplay Award will receive a 2-3 week stay at the Capri Residency in Marfa to further develop his or her script.
