Austin Film Festival + Story Bar are pleased to present their inaugural “Story Starter” class, held June 10-14. A one-week deep dive into the universal elements of creativity and storytelling, this interactive class is designed to help cultivate imagination, innovation, and curiosity. Students ages 13 – 18 will explore how their own personal stories can inform their artistic work through various writing prompts and literary exercises, and will walk away with a reservoir of ideas, ready to be transformed into their next creative project. This class is intended to be the perfect introductory class to storytelling in any medium and is the perfect prep for any of our other camp classes.
Monday, June 10 – Friday, June 14 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
