Making a film is not easy, but don’t worry; we are here to help! In this intensely hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how to translate your ideas from the page to the screen by learning storytelling techniques, screenwriting, directing, camera operation, sound recording, and editing. Campers will learn the basics of filmmaking, then team up to create their very own short films. For the overall filmmaking experience, this workshop can’t be beaten! At the end of the week, campers will receive a link to their work. No previous filmmaking or video editing experience is needed.
* Camps labeled ‘SIX SQUARE’ will be held at location TBA. The curriculum for these camps is the same as the regular Filmmaking 101 classes. The only difference is the camp location.
