The Austin Film Festival is dedicated to championing the work of aspiring and established filmmakers, defined as screenwriters, directors, editors, producers, actors and all those artists who use the language of film to tell a story. The AFF furthers the art, craft and business of filmmaking by providing unique cultural events and services, enhancing public awareness and participation, and encouraging dynamic and long-lasting community partnerships.

The Austin Film Festival is a not for profit 501c3 corporation.

General Policies

Badges or Film Passes get you access to all films throughout the festival, barring any special events. In addition, $9 individual tickets are available 30 minutes prior to each screening. 

 

Badges and Film Passes also receive priority seating for films. When you arrive at a film venue, look for the line that fits you.

 

Refund requests for the Festival must be in writing, postmarked by July 5, 2010, and all refunds will incur a $75 processing fee. After July 5, 2010, all payments are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to illness, acts of God, or travel related problems. Badges are non-transferable and are the property of the Austin Film Festival, Inc. Unused registrations cannot be credited for future year’s attendance.
